Body alignment classes, chair yoga and osteoball workouts make it easy to stay fit and energetic. Should you prefer to work out alone, a fitness room with state of the art equipment is available 24 hours a day. Not to mention, The Apartment Community is located on more than 200 beautiful acres, so grab a pedometer and take in lovely scenery while you exercise.

In addition to all of our amenities that help improve your physical being, we now offer the exciting Rise & Shine program. Open to not only to the residents of the Apartment Community, but also to all members of the community, it is a great way to start your day! All registered participants receive a kit that includes a map of the Shrine’s 200 beautiful acres, pedometer, passbook to track their results, as well as free breakfast tokens for use in the Retirement Community’s dining room or at the Shrine Hotel. This is free to anyone age 62 or older and a wonderfully fun way to stay active with friends and family.
